Some of the Aims and Objectives of FOMRWA will be to assist and co-operate and co-ordinate with the affiliated Welfare Associations in the following matters.

1. The Activities of the Federation in furtherance of its object
2. To acquire the basic needs like water supply, proper roads, disposal of sewage, Garbage cleaning any other basic civic amenities, good sanitation, street lights, etc.,
3. To start and maintain library, to develop sports activities in order to improve the unity knowledge and health of the people.
4. To make the locality pollution free and clean environment.
5. To maintain and develop parks for the Children, Youths, Elders.
6. To conduct awareness program; Special meetings, Medical camps and Cultural activities for the people to get knowledge, health care, safety and security.
7. To participate along with the affiliated Associations in the social services for the betterment of societies.
8. To co-operate and render possible assistance with the Government and Non-government organizations in the development activities and also for the benefits to reach the people through the welfare schemes of the Government and non-government organizations.
9. To work for welfare of women, children, aged, disabled, widows, destitute and orphans.
10. To foster a spirit of mutual help and goodwill among the inhabitants of the area in general and the members of the FOMRWA in particular, thereby promoting communal harmony and national integration.
11. To bring out / Publish periodicals, books, journals, tracts, newspapers, phamlets and suitable literature to promote cause the above aim and objectives of FOMRWA for private circulation.
12. To work for all the Manapakkam resident members without showing any discrimination of caste, creed, language or religion.
13. To give free legal guidance to all our member Association.
14. Carryout these all activities to obtain financial assistance from with help of Welfare Associations contributions like yearly. subscriptions and donations.

In order to take this further we have built a webpage for the federation and also have created a web portal where all the association office bearers of RWA's in Manapakkam who have either held position in the committee as member from year 2020 till date can register themselves.

For the purpose of jurisdiction of the federation or area coverage we shall refer to the India postal pincode 600125, and the whole territory /area coverage of the pin code. Once all the Associations member registrations are completed, we shall invite the members for a face-to-face meeting, where all of us can together plan for further course of actions.
